Most of our “Goat Therapists” are Nigerian Dwarf goats, a delightfully inquisitive and fun-loving breed of goats. We also have Sophia and her new babies… they are Oberhaslis!
And yes, female goats (called “does”) do grow beards! They will be clipped off before we take them to any shows! Male goats are called “bucks” or “wethers” (castrated males).
